Solid ovarian masses have a higher risk of malignancy compared to other tumour types. In this lecture, we will discuss the ultrasound features of the most common benign solid ovarian tumour, i.e. the fibroma of the ovary, and more rare solid ovarian tumours, including metastases, Brenner tumours and non-epithelial ovarian tumours.
