First trimester diagnosis of heart malformations: The aim of this presentation is to simplify the process of fetal cardiac assessment and enable detection of the majority of anomalies when imaging the four chambers of the heart and the outflow tracts using colour and ensuring the most appropriate use of the ultrasound machine.
