Ultrasound is an ideal modality for assessing the penis for a wide variety of indications including palpable lumps, misshaped erection, impotence and trauma. This presentation will explore the ultrasound appearances of a variety of palpable lumps. The spectrum of ultrasound appearances associated with Peyronies disease will be discussed in detail. The use of Doppler techniques and vaso-dialating pharmaceuticals for assessment of vasculogenic impotence will be discussed.
